THE THIRD ACT is looking for a confident, organized, flexible, socially skilled, and highly responsible female candidate to join our Baghdad team.
This is not a traditional desk-based role. You will work across client relations, projects, creators, productions, events, campaigns, and on-ground brand experiences.
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate between clients and THE THIRD ACT’s internal team.
• Follow up on requests, approvals, meetings, timelines, shoots, and deliverables.
• Attend client meetings and professionally represent THE THIRD ACT.
• Coordinate with influencers, celebrities, creators, models, production teams, and external partners.
• Support shoots, events, activations, campaigns, and other on-ground projects.
• Coordinate locations, products, schedules, participants, and operational requirements.
• Travel within Baghdad according to project needs, with occasional travel outside Baghdad.
• Participate in company and client social media content when required.
• Be comfortable appearing naturally in front of the camera.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is confident, presentable, communicative, organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple projects and relationships.
You should be comfortable working both in the office and on-ground, interacting with different personalities, attending meetings and productions, and maintaining consistent communication throughout working days.
English is required at a good basic level for understanding instructions and handling simple work-related conversations.
Previous experience in marketing, advertising, agencies, events, client relations, or content creation is an advantage but is not mandatory.

6 days per week
Sunday–Thursday:

This position does not follow a traditional fingerprint attendance system or fixed daily check-in and check-out times.
Working hours and locations may vary based on meetings, shoots, events, campaigns, and project requirements.
Performance is measured primarily through responsibility, responsiveness, execution quality, and results.
Salary
IQD 850,000–1,250,000 per month
Final compensation depends on experience, communication and organizational skills, English proficiency, relationship management, and suitability for content participation.
