The three acts

From the right question to the right next move.

Discover the approach
Diagnosis01 / 03

Understand what matters.

We look at your market, customers and operations to identify the problem worth solving.

Strategy02 / 03

Choose a clear direction.

We turn what we learn into priorities, a practical roadmap and measures of progress.

Execution03 / 03

Bring the plan to life.

We design, build and launch the work, then use real feedback to improve it.

Questions before we start

Can you improve an existing website or system?

Yes. We first review the current product, code, integrations and business needs. We preserve useful systems and agree what needs to be improved or rebuilt.

Will our team be able to manage the website?

Where content needs regular updates, we include suitable editing tools and role permissions. The handover includes documentation and guidance for the people who will manage the product.

How are timing and cost decided?

We define the users, workflows, integrations and launch priorities with you, then agree the scope, delivery stages and commercial terms before development begins.

What happens after launch?

We agree ownership, hosting responsibilities, maintenance and support as part of the project scope. Ongoing development can be arranged as a separate engagement.
